Microsoft Office Running on Windows Phone 7

Microsoft has released two new videos that demonstrate the UI and features of Outlook, OneNote, Word and other Microsoft Office programs running on a Windows Phone 7 mobile device. They call it the “Office Hub.” You can create documents directly on the mobile phone and then upload them to the web through Office Live SkyDrive or SharePoint.

NOTIFICATION NO 23/2010 – Service Tax, Dated: April 29, 2010 In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 93 of the Finance Act, 1994 (32 of 1994) (hereinafter referred to as the Finance Act), the Central Government, on being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby exempts the taxable service referred to in sub-clause ( zzc ) of clause (105) of section 65 of the Finance Act, when provided in relation to Modular Employable Skill courses approved by the National Council of Vocational Training, by a Vocational Training Provider registered under the Skill Development Initiative Scheme with the Directorate General of Employment and Training, Ministry of Labour and Employment, Government of India, from the whole of the service tax leviable thereon under section 66 of the Finance Act.

I don’t usually blog here specifically about Bang the Table, but as anyone close to me will tell you, I love a graph and or a stat, and I’m a little too proud of these to keep them entirely to myself. When you’re working hard to get a new business up and running it is easy to get caught up in the day-to-day and forget to sit back and review the journey. Extend the Range of your Wireless Network

Setting up a wireless home network is pretty simple now. Get a wireless router, connect the Internet port of the router to your broadband modem and then connect any of the numbered LAN ports to the desktop computer through an Ethernet cable. Wireless G (or 802.11g) routers offer fairly good Wi-Fi signal strength but if you plan to transfer large files or stream videos around the house, you may well consider switching to a slightly more expensive Wireless N (or 802.11n) router – these offer better signal strength and higher data transfer speeds than Wireless G routers.

Some of your photo albums on Facebook may even be visible to people who aren’t connected to you on Facebook. For instance, I am no friend of Facebook founder Mark Zuckerberg but I can still see some of his photo albums on Facebook though they aren’t immediately visible on his profile page at facebook.com/zuck
