The pain and frustration of constantly being on a diet and watching everything that you eat sometimes seems too much to bear. While I can sympathize with the disillusionment and disappointed outlook of many dieters, the fact is that we do it to ourselves. Let’s face it, the idea of a weight-loss product, pill, plan or program that can somehow, almost magically remove those unwanted pounds is very appealing to us.
