"N" is for Nickleback

Its sad to admit it, but after Sunday night Christin and I don’t have any more concernts lined up (at the moment).  My regular readers know that I LOVE rock concerts!!!! Sunday night despite my cold, we went to the Nickleback concert.  I took drugs before hand… don’t worry the legal, over the counter kind.  I can assure you I smelt plenty of the illegal stuff that night!  It was really slow to

Twitter Rolls Out Promoted Tweets

Twitter Rolls Out Promoted Tweets Here are the details from Twitter (I’ve highlighted the lines I found most interesting). Also, the one thing I notice most – these won’t show up in the tweets you see unless you follow a brand and there’s no way for you to make money evidently from the program: Q: What are you launching? What are Promoted Tweets

Ebay Seller Sues Over Negative Feedback

Ebay Seller Sues Over Negative Feedback The Ebay seller is an attorney so, instead of paying hefty attorney fees, he only has time involved in his suit. A Spring-y Small

Happy Easter to all my blog readers! It was another gorgeous day here in the Ottawa Valley, so Todd and I took full advantage of that going for a 9k walk on the Trans-Canada Trail.  We’re very lucky in that its not too far from our home (just a 5 minute drive), but its somethign we don’t take advantage of.  Today we did, and walked one section of the trail 4.5k in one direction then 4.5k back,

Dominican Experience Day 6

Thursday March 11, 2010 Today was the day many of us were looking forward to (besides our trip on Friday), our day at the orphanage.  It was another early start for us, with a breakfast of ham and cheese sandwitches (again!) with ketchup and a side of cantaloupe.  It was an early start because they had physical labour in mind for us and it was best to get it done in the early hours of the day.

Here’s 10 Free High PR EDU Links-My Gift To You

How much do you believe that Google loves .edu and .gov sites and domains more than any others and therefore value these backlinks more?  Three years ago when I first heard of this, people were just obsessed with getting these links because they were like goldmine for their link building used in dominating Google search engine ranking. This is what he said: Matt Cutts : “…..edu or .gov links are good – and when there are good links, .edu links tend to be a little better on average; they tend to have a little higher PageRank, and they do have this sort of characteristic that we would trust a little more
